RULES FOR USING MY STOCK IMAGES

WELCOME, and thank you for electing to use some of my stock photography! While I am flattered that you deem my work good enough to use in some way in your own work, I must ask that the following requests be STRICTLY adhered to, and if you find that you are unable to do so for ANY reason, please do NOT use my pictures.

•DO realize that these guidelines may be changed, updated and/or otherwise altered by me at any time at my sole discretion, and while changes will not be retroactive, submission dates will determine rule breakage, not declaration of intent to use.
•DO link your finished work back to the original image and mention my username in the description of your composition.
•DO feel free to create brushes and patterns from my images, but make sure to link back to the original piece and mention my username in the description of your submission.
•DO feel free to request specific stock, but be reasonable about deadlines; you’re not paying for these, after all, and do follow the first rules when the image is supplied.
•DO note that upon request, I can create specific patterns and brushes, but be reasonable about deadlines as per the prior request.
•DO ask permission before selling any work you’ve created that contains elements of my stock; I’m very reasonable about saying yes, as long as you credit me somehow.
•DO feel free to donate a portion of the proceeds from any sale of your work that contains some of my stock images to your favorite charity in lieu of paying me for permission to use them.
•DO NOT use these images outside of DA without FIRST getting my permission.
•DO NOT claim any of these images as your own work
•DO NOT use any picture of ANY child contained in this account for any form of porn (Lolita, soft core, hardcore, etc.), “evil,” or suggestive compositions of ANY kind. By child, I mean any human subject under the age of 18. If you have questions about the subject’s age, ask me. By Lolita, I’m sure you know what I mean, but just in case I need to spell it out, “innocently” provocative. By evil, I mean no demonic expressions or poses, no Satanic, voodoo or otherwise black art symbols, animals, rituals, props, text, etc. These prohibitions include but are not limited to what I have listed. When in doubt, ask first.
